It is not the mirror itself, but the frame that makes the mirror. That much is clear from the Liston line designed by Danish bureau Pelikan & Co. The narrow frame blends in well with its surroundings, this is emphasised by the fact that the mirror and frame form a single surface. The mirrors are available in various sizes.
Pelikan Copenhagen is the name of the former agency of Mia Gammelgaard, Niels Gammelgaard, Lars Mathiesen and Ehlén Johansson. These four designers worked for companies such as Erik Jorgensen, Matteo Grassi and Fritz Hansen. Their designs are characterized by their agelessness and occasional predilection for classical forms.
