For Dick Van Hoff, “the relationship between product and user are of paramount importance.” He relishes the thought that his products will continue to evolve over time as their owners spill on them, mark them, and nick them. A graduate of Arnhem’s School of Art, van Hoff is now a lecturer at Design Academy Eindhoven, influencing the next generation of Dutch designers.
