We provide a 25-year warranty against material and/or construction defects for products ordered from 1 January 2025 onwards. Exceptions: All locking systems and light sources are covered by a 2-year warranty.
exclusions from warranty
The following are not covered under the 25-year warranty:
- Natural wear and tear: Damage resulting from normal use or ageing of the products.
- Improper use: Defects caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or failure to follow the user manual.
- External factors: Damage caused by external influences such as water, fire, electrical surges, or other environmental factors.
- Modifications: Alterations or repairs carried out by third parties.
- Natural characteristics: The inherent properties of natural materials, such as wood, veneer, and leather. Examples include scars in leather and colour variations in wood.
